Visioning What Can Change
James O’Dea – Van Jones

James. Joan and Van

Listen Now | Download Now

When thinking about how personal journeys can affect change, it’s interesting to reflect that “the world we are experiencing today is the result of our collective consciousness… and if we want a new world, each of us must start taking responsibility for helping to create it.” You’ll hear an inspiring conversation with two visionary leaders who have devoted their lives to personal transformation and social change. Some of the topics we’ll explore include:

  • the journeys that led O’Dea and Jones to the important work they’re doing now
  • what steps guarantee an economic win-win for creating “green collar jobs”
  • why personal consciousness and social healing are necessary for true global change
  • how the IONS Shift in Action program reaches many to encourage societal transformation
  • Van’s role in Nancy Pelosi’s initiative to create a Clean Energy Jobs Bill and Green Technology Job Centers
