Terces Engelhart and her husband, Matthew, are founders of Café Gratitude - a Bay Area restaurant that serves organic, vegan and raw foods. Terces has a long track record as an entrepreneur and pioneer in the food industry, is a self-taught chef, and a visionary in the field of business development. She is also co-author of I Am Grateful - Recipes and Lifestyle of Café Gratitude.
Justin Jackson is an Executive Purchasing Coordinator for Whole Foods Market. He has worked in the food industry since age 10 and has been with Whole Foods for more than a decade. His passion for quality and organic foods has made him a valuable asset to the company - both as an executive and spokesperson. He currently oversees all product decisions for the 20 Northern California stores.
