Orrel Lanter is founder and Director of Business Development for Uncommon Grounds Coffee. She is an entrepreneurial business executive with a long track record of leadership in community-based organizations. In 1984 she co-founded Uncommon Grounds Coffee, based on a "sustainable" global model. Orrel organized the first Sustainable Business Conference in Berkeley, California and was a panelist with Fortune Magazine's "Women In Leadership Conference". |

Andi Trindle is a consultant for VOLCAFE Specialty Coffee and Boot Coffee Consulting. She is Vice President of the International Women's Coffee Alliance and serves on the board for the E-Café Foundation, an organization dedicated to Transparency, Sustainability and Quality for the specialty coffee industry. Andi lectures on various aspects of specialty coffees and has taught numerous espresso and cupping workshops nationally and internationally. |
